Thank you for supporting Ruck Up and Recover. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our supporters to fund our mission of serving veterans and service members. Please review our refund policy below.

 

Donations

All donations made to Ruck Up and Recover are final and non-refundable. This includes one-time and recurring contributions, whether made online, by mail, or at an event.

 

If you believe a donation was made in error or without authorization, please contact us at info@ruckuprecover.org within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and determine if an exception is warranted at our sole discretion.

 

Merchandise Sales

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased through our website, events, or fundraising campaigns.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@ruckuprecover.org within 14 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement if inventory allows.
